This class will encompass a brief history of IC cores and their purpose of use. Student (s) will learn the art of keying, servicing, finding control and master-keying of: Falcon, Best Arrow, Eagle, Lloyd Mattheson, and Keymark by Medeco cores. This is a full day HANDS ON class during which student will learn and exercise the proper procedure for keying cores and doing applicable paperwork. Door repair represents a significant incremental business opportunity for locksmiths. The end of class will focus on providing additional selling tools that will allow the locksmith to win follow-on repetitive work. Students will receive a 3 CEU certificate for their Texas State Locksmith License renewal. Students must bring their Texas State License to class to receive their CEUs. |

This is a hands-on product training that will include; Installation of lock on mount, manual programming of mounted lock and software programming of lock (computer and PDA). E-Plex covered will be the 2000, 3000, 5000, 5200 and 5700. Instructor will also demonstrate programming and audits of the lock using the optional software. Upon successful completion, student will understand the product features, benefits, installation and both keypad and software programming. |
