We will be bringing additional education with allowable CEU'S to our meetings this year. Presentations will begin at 7:00PM and end at 8:00PM, business will begin at 8:00PM.

Using the number at the beginning of each suggested class, send that number to either or both Chairperson's that you would like to see that particular educational even scheduled !

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
AS APPLIES TO LICENSE RENEWALS

Currently, for a locksmith, the completion of eight (8) hours CEC is required at every renewal period (every 2 years) and one (1) of these 8 hours MUST be ETHICS!

If you are a member of THE GREATER HOUSTON LOCKSMITHS ASSOCIATION there are two (2) ways you can easily obtain the required hours. Prior to each meeting (2nd Tuesday of each month) any member in good standing can attend a one (1) hour seminar and receive one (1) hour CEC. We will also be holding an Ethics class later in the year where you can obtain that required one (1) hour credit.

GHLA (an accredited State CEC school) holds periodic full day classes that will assist you in earning your 8 hour credits for renewal, some pending classes are:
