POCKET CARDS - 'endorsements' or 'registrations' being identified by one of three colors. Example: Blue-unarmed Registration, Purple-Instructor Registration, Red-Commissioned Security Officers. Each 'pocket card' will fall into one of these three groups. If a person has multiple things in the same group (Alarm Installer, Locksmith, Electronic Access Control Device Installer, Owner/manager, & Supervisor) these would all appear on their Blue registration card. If they are also an Instructor they would have a Purple card.

Most of these changes are not expected to happen for some time (years) in the future, but a plan has been approved so the PSB staff can go forward.

Public comments included TLA President John Arnold & LASA President Bonnie Brown Morse who spoke concerning the current practice by PSB among Locksmith Registrants of multiply cards at multiply fees on multiply dates. We hope future 'endorsements' will reduce this 'multiply fees'.

I did not remain through the administrative hearings.
